The UHP Sport A/S is the Fuzion brand’s Ultra High Performance All-Season tire developed to meet the needs of sport compact and sports car driving enthusiasts looking for tires with an aggressive appearance and all-season traction at an affordable price. The Fuzion UHP Sport A/S is designed to provide responsive handling and predictable traction in wet, dry and wintry conditions, even in light snow.

Fuzion UHP Sport A/S tires mold an ultra high performance all-season compound into a directional tread design. Linked shoulder blocks and a continuous center rib enhance dry road handling and promote even wear. Four circumferential and numerous angled intermediate grooves help evacuate water while engineered sipes increase the number of biting edges to generate traction in light snow.

The Fuzion UHP Sport A/S tire’s internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced with spirally wrapped nylon to blend responsive handling, cornering stability and high-speed durability. Fuzion UHP Sport A/S tires feature a polyester cord casing and Rim Guard rubber ridges on their lower sidewalls to function as bumpers to help protect wheels from curb damage.

  1. If you’re looking for a performance tire at a reasonable price, look elsewhere. Kind of mediocre on dry pavement, horrendous/ bordering on unsafe in the rain. I bought my car used and the dealer put these on it. Sidewalls are soft so the steering reaponse is sloppy, which is fine because they don’t have much in the way of traction. Tried to bed in new brakes and found out the threshold for locking them up is pretty low. Driving in the rain is truly terrifying. They hydroplane in corners at 60 mph in a light rain. I’m not going to risk driving them on snow.

  2. You get what you pay for. The worst tire purchase I have ever made. Traction is bad in all conditions, compared to a top brand tire.(Michelin, Pirelli, etc) My confidence in steering responsiveness was completely gone. The side walls are way to soft and feels like I am driving on marbles. Just stay away.

  3. The tires are serviceable. I would not recommend if you live anywhere that gets snow, or even worse, ice. These tires are absolutely miserable in the snow and have about zero traction on ice. Living in ohio, I have no idea what the previous owner was thinking when they put these on. My traction control comes on almost immediately when in the snow. And when its below 32 degrees it gets bad. I was driving on dry roads when it was about 5 degrees out and these kept wanting to spin. So to me, that tells me its not even about the bad tread pattern, the tire just uses a terrible rubber compound that gets very very hard when cold and becomes almost unusable when its in the single digits out. If your on a budget and don’t have to deal with winter. Sure these tire will work. I wouldn’t push them as I have a feeling they will give without much warning or feedback to the driver. The correlation between temperature and available grip is very obvious and concerning.

  4. I found my dream car (at least when I was in college) in pristine condition. A 2013 Audi S4 Prestige with the sports differential and everything. The car was perfect…except for these horrific tires. Great Scott, these things are absolutely terrible. Who in their right mind would ever buy such horrible tires for such an incredible machine? (The previous owner, supposedly). On one occasion, I was driving at around 65MPH and a splash of water from a truck I was overtaking hits my car…I almost met my maker. The tires got loose, the car almost went completely sideways (thanks, Quattro; the car would have totalled if not for AWD), and I got no feedback from the ABS. On the city, every time I put the transmission into Sport mode, I lose traction coming out of a red light. These things are dangerous and I wouldn’t even recommend these to my worst enemy. I’ve moved to a location that averages 10 feet of snow per season, and I can’t wait. If switching out of these ghastly tires and in to my Pilot Alpin PA4’s means I have to shovel snow, deal with bad drivers, and worry about rust, then let the winter come. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TIRES.

  5. These match what is on the car when we bought it. So far so good, they have only on the car for about 2 1/2 weeks. We had to replace them as a tie rod and a lower control are ball joint were shot. We our local Sear Auto Center install our parts and the tires. Great job and they align the car which by the report was way out! No wonder the front tires wore so badly. All is well now, I would recommend these tires they worked great in snow we’ve had lately , with no problem. Great price as well.

  6. Tires feel squishy. Not very good traction. Would best fit a climate where it doesn’t snow ever. Tread life is non existent if you live on a gravel road. Tires lasted about 9,000 miles. I have a 3 mile drive on gravel to get to highway.
