The SP LT 60 is Dunlop’s Light Truck/SUV Studdable Winter / Snow tire developed for the drivers of vans and multi-purpose vehicles that transport heavy loads. The SP LT 60 is designed to combine long tire wear with winter driving traction on dry, wet and snow-covered roads, and is available in Euro-metric Commercial Vehicle sizes.
SP LT 60 tires feature a robust construction and winter rubber compound molded into a directional tread pattern designed to reduce noise generation. The deep transverse grooves combine with the open shoulder design to aid in water evacuation for improved hydroplaning resistance, and a bladed center section aids grip on snowy surfaces. The tire profile and tread compound are designed for even wear to provide long tire life and enhanced load-carrying capabilities.
The robust casing of the SP LT 60 features two plies of polyester fabric, while the tread is supported by twin steel belts and a nylon cap ply to provide stability while carrying heavy loads.
SP LT 60 tires meet the industry’s severe snow service requirements and are branded with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.
Install SP LT 60 tires in sets of four only.
