Hankook Dynapro AT RF08 is an On-/Off-Road All-Terrain light truck tire. On-/Off-Road All-Terrain light truck tires are for drivers who want a combination of customary on-road capacity, enhanced off-road capabilities and all-season versatility, including traction in light snow. On-/Off-Road All-Terrain light truck tires branded with the M+S symbol are sometimes used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on light and medium-duty 4WD truck, pickup and sport utility vehicles.

O.E. On-/Off-Road All-Terrain light truck tires are typically purchased as direct replacements for worn-out pairs/sets of the vehicle’s original tires. They can also be used for other vehicle applications in complete sets of four or axle pairs if available in an appropriate size, load range and speed rating to match the existing O.E. tires’ performance category and specifications.

  1. I’m impressed- good enough traction, longevity, decent enough ride, good mileage, good economy…good three season tire.

  2. These tires came on my 2011 2WD Truck. I have driven them every winter all winter since I bought the Truck new in 2012. They do very well in the snow . The snow in my 450 FT driveway, here in NY, can get pretty deep over night. I have pushed my way through 8 or 9 inches of snow with weight in the back. I wont say they are the best for snow but I am pleased with them. I have over 63000 miles on these tires and they still have tread. I need to replace these tires for winter but I hate to because they are still good. Just not good enough for winter. I drive mostly highway mile. I have been on lawns and open fields with them and they do fine. Mud, Rock or sand I cant say. For what I need they are a great tire.

  3. These tires came on the truck from the factory. I bought the truck used with 20,000 miles, and the original owner did not rotate the tires once. He used it mostly around town. I drive mostly highway miles about 20,000 miles a year total. I tow 3000lbs quite frequently. Tires have been rotated most of the time every 7500 miles since I bought the truck. I am extremely impressed with the amount of miles I have on these tires and they still have some life left. I find they do pick up small rocks and stones easily and hold onto them. The sidewall does bulge quite a bit with weight on them. I never had a problem in the snow. I have 4wheel drive and never use it to see what the tires can go through and I am not disappointed even as they have worn down. I also have not run any weight in the back of the truck (long bed) and been fine. Great tire in my experience.

  4. This tire came OE on my vehicle and I was skeptic at first. Can’t say much about these tires in regards to snow, however, not bad on dry pavement and light sand / gravel on pavement. Wet is another thing, Off road and on dirt back roads was not confident at all. Stopping, and cornering in these conditions was a challenge for these tires. It may say A/T on sidewall but not even close. Off road not that great for sure. Look into a little more expensive tire for a truck then this and you’ll get a lot more out of your truck! Can’t wait to for these to burnout and try something new. My eye is on BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A or Firestone Destinations.

  5. I’m about 50,000 miles through my second set – the first set on the truck lasted a little over 91,000 miles, and I probably could’ve pushed that out a little bit further.I drive predominantly on the highway going from jobsite to jobsite, and the tires do well, they aren’t too noisy, they don’t wander too badly on grooved pavement. I don’t have any experience with them in deep snow, however in light snow they are acceptable. My pickup has an open differential, and in mud and sand the tire is lacking a little bit. I can think of numerous instances where I’ve had to rock my truck out, and two where I’ve needed a tractor to get it out. The tread clogs quickly and doesn’t dig enough to do well in mud.Knock on wood, I haven’t had one blow out on me. I do use the truck but don’t overload it.Would definitely recommend. Heck, I did buy a second set.
