Highway All-Season light truck tires are for drivers who want a combination of pleasant on-road characteristics, long wear and all-season versatility, including traction in light snow. Highway All-Season tires branded with the M+S symbol are often used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on 2WD and 4WD, light- and medium-duty vans, trucks and pickups, as well as crossover and sport utility vehicles.

O.E. Highway All-Season light truck tires are typically purchased as direct replacements for worn-out pairs/sets of the vehicle’s original tires. They can also be used for other vehicle applications in complete sets of four or axle pairs if available in an appropriate size, load range and speed rating to match the existing O.E. tires’ performance category and specifications.

  1. I picked up my 2002 Toyota Sequoia Feb 2012. The dealer installed brand new.I don’t know if they had been sitting around in inventory or what. 30,000 milesand they’re toast. Sidewall cracks and I maintain the heck out of my vehicles.Rough ride, slowing down from even 25 miles an hour can lead to skidding.(wet)Forget the snow..Yes, 4 wheel drive helps going up hill but down?? Slide city.Too easy for flats too. flimsy side-walls. And did anyone check the tire rating?!?! 300 AB!!!!!!!! That’s below averageof 500!!!!!!! And that expensive for what??????I’ll probably try the Firestone Destination LE2; better miles, safety and price…

  2. I bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra with 50k miles and these tires came with it. I have 90k miles on the Xterra now, and these tires have been great. I live in Wisconsin and have run the Xterra through 15 inches of snow going through corn fields, and they handled great. Even in moderate mud they still grip and pull you out. To give you some perspective, last winter a UPS truck was stuck in my cul-de-sac and I have able to tow it out. With 4 wheel drive, a little knowledge of snow driving, and these tires.. You’ll be fine.

  3. These came with my 2007 Sequoia and I was very unimpressed. I had to replace the tires after only 28,000 miles. The tread wear was one of the biggest problems and traction was only fair at best. I just replaced them with General Grabber HTS tires and I can already tell a big difference in control and reduced noise. Obviously, I would not buy these tires again.

  4. These tires are on my Frontier 4×4 and i have had occasion to go through snow up to 6 inches in depth ,,FORGET IT…tires just spun had to dig out with shovel and get pushed,,,,tried 4h and 4L neither helped ,,,would not recommend tire…

  5. Just hit 60,000 miles with my set of AT21’s , came here to Tire Rack to price out a new set. After seeing the bad reviews people had posted , i felt compelled to take the time to fill the survey out. I will still run these for another 5-10k before replacing them. These tires were new on my Toyota Tacoma when i bought it , and i have absolutely no complaints about them. Good job Dunlop.

  6. These came on my truck when I bought it used. The dealer had put them on so it would pass inspection. I’d have to say these tires did mediocre at best. When they were new they did well in snow, rain, and dry traction but as the got miles on them. Their performance when down considerably. Especially when it came to traction on a rear wheel drive truck (Have part time 4wd, it help some but cant drive in 4wd all the time). They would begin to break loose especially under heavier acceleration. Not exactly what you want when your turn into a busy road.I’m confused why these tires cost as much as they do, given their pretty poor performance ratings. I think Dunlop should consider taking these tires off the market. Its giving them a bad name.

  7. When I bought my used Tundra the dealer had a new set of these tires on the truck. Fot the first 15000 miles they performed ok. As they wear they lose traction and become dangerous in city driving on wet surfaces. I live in South Texas and have to use extreme caution when driving in the rain. Pulling onto a busy road I must make certain there is no traffic anywhere close, these tires lose traction on most wet surfaces! If you live in a climate that gets alot of rain do not buy these tires!
